UTTC JD High Performance Academy (14-18)
In addition to all the things our junior development program offers, The University of Toronto Track Club High Performance Academy also provides talented young athletes a uniquely integrated approach to sport development which includes:
- Strength and conditioning training
- Expert coaching and sport-specific instruction, and
- Access to Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport and Varsity Centre
Practices are 3-4 days a range from 1.5 to 2-hour sessions. Please contact event coach for specific training dates.
Power & Speed (Sprints, Jumps and Hurdles) Timings
Tuesday & Thursday 4:30-6:30 pm, Saturdays 12:00-2:00 pm
Endurance (Middle / Long Distance / XC) Timings
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:30-6:00 pm
