The University of Toronto Track Club is proud to celebrate two of our own, Lucia Stafford and Jazz Shukla, who have been named to Team Canada for both the NACAC Championships and the upcoming World Athletics Championships in Tokyo.
Both athletes are former Junior athletes with UTTC, coached by Terry Radchenko, and currenlty represent the Royal City Track Club. Their success on the international stage highlights the continued pathway from UTTC development to international excellence.
Most recently, Lucia Stafford placed third in the 1500m and Jazz Shukla placed 4th in the 800m at the NACAC Championships, adding to the momentum of their recent accomplishments and further demonstrating their world-class talent.
We congratulate Lucia and Jazz on this exciting achievement and look forward to cheering them on as they represent Canada on the global stage.
